• Are CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to be)
• Are experienced with a wide range of ages
• Have professional childcare references
• Have reliable transportation
• Are willing to be background checked
• Communicate clearly and effectively using text messages, email and in person.
• Are organized, punctual and professional
• Are excited to work with a well-established agency
• Have a flexible schedule
• Non-smoker
